Dave is a 32 yr employee of Ducks Unlimited Canada; the last 29 of which has been spent in the heart of the Waterfowl world on the Central Flyway – Humboldt, Saskatchewan, Canada. Applying a direct knowledge of the landscape and having formulated excellent rapport with many of the landowners in the area, Dave presents a complete and professional guided hunt. In addition, Dave has guided waterfowl for 5 yrs previous to establishing Atamanchuk Waterfowlers in 2009.

Education background includes an Integrated Resource Management Diploma from Woodland Campus (SIAST) in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

In addition to their passion for goose and duck hunting, the Atamanchuks enjoys big game hunting including elk, moose, mule, deer, whitetail, bear, with both rifle and bow, fishing, and just enjoying God’s Creation. Dave’s love for hunting has led him to become a Taxidermist which he’s enjoyed for the past 30 years. The best part is, the kids are also a part of Re-creations Taxidermy.
